Rules for accounts, portrait uploads, AI video generation and credit purchases.

Zombie Couple Video at zombie-couple.online is operated by Hengyu Shen, an individual based in China. In these policies, “we” means this operator.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply when you use this website or order its services. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you do not agree, do not create an account, upload images or purchase credits. These terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

2. The video service

The intended service transforms two adult portraits into a fictional zombie couple reunion video using Kie AI's Seedance 2 model. The configured request targets 15 seconds, 720p, sound and your selected 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio. Reference clips illustrate a style and story; their exact duration, composition, faces, motion and sound are not a promise of an identical result. The available configuration shown before submission controls your request.

AI may change identity details, hands, clothing, expressions or timing, and may produce artifacts or an unsuitable soundtrack. We cannot guarantee photorealism, exact resemblance, exclusivity or fitness for a particular commercial use. Review the output before sharing it and identify synthetic media where required.

3. Accounts and your responsibilities

Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report unauthorized activity. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, resell account access, scrape private content or exploit payment or credit errors.

4. Images, consent and prohibited uses

You must own or have permission to use both images and obtain informed permission from each identifiable adult for this transformation and processing by the service providers. Do not upload minors, private identity documents or material you are not entitled to disclose.

Do not use the service for unlawful impersonation, fraud, harassment, threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, graphic abuse or misleading claims that a synthetic event really occurred. Do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights. We may refuse requests or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or meet legal obligations.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You grant us a limited permission to store, transmit, process and display them and the resulting output as necessary to deliver your request, support it and meet applicable obligations, including processing through our providers. This does not authorize public advertising with your portraits or videos; that requires separate permission.

Any rights you may have in generated output remain subject to applicable law, input rights and the provider's applicable terms. We do not guarantee that an AI output qualifies for copyright, is unique or clears third-party rights. Commercial use requires you to obtain any necessary permissions.

6. Packages, credits and payment

When checkout is enabled, the advertised one-time USD packages are Starter: $8.90 for 100 credits (one generation); Value Pack: $24.90 for 500 credits (up to five); and Creator Pack: $59.90 for 1,500 credits (up to fifteen). One standard request uses 100 website credits. Website credits are not Kie provider credits, money or a transferable investment.

The checkout must display the final price, currency, package and any applicable taxes before you pay. These packages are not subscriptions and do not authorize recurring charges. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry unless a different validity is clearly disclosed before purchase. Price changes apply prospectively and do not silently reduce existing purchased credits.

Credits are added after verified payment confirmation, which may be delayed. Keep your order reference and contact support if payment succeeded without credits. Do not pay again merely because a return page is delayed. Checkout and generation stay unavailable until their required services are configured.

7. Generation failures and refunds

A request reserves or deducts its website credits when accepted. A confirmed technical failure without a completed deliverable restores the corresponding credits. A pending request or an uncertain provider response is investigated before settlement; it must not be treated as either a successful delivery or a reason to charge for a duplicate automatically.

A successfully delivered video can differ from your creative expectations. Disliking an otherwise delivered result does not automatically create a right to free unlimited attempts, but a materially missing or defective deliverable should be reported for review. Restoring website credits is different from a cash refund. Payment concerns and refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here excludes remedies required by law.

8. File availability and privacy

Read the Privacy Policy before uploading. Signed links expire and provider files may become unavailable. Download completed videos promptly. The service does not promise permanent storage; any confirmed retention schedule must be published before uploads are enabled.

9. Service changes, suspension and liability

We may maintain, change or temporarily suspend features, investigate abuse or restrict unlawful activity. Where feasible, we will give notice of changes materially affecting purchased services and provide any remedy required by law. An interruption does not erase valid purchased credits or statutory claims.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided with the AI and availability limitations described above. We are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful inputs or uses outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.

10. Disputes, changes and contact

Contact support first with your account, order or task reference so we can investigate. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to courts or regulators. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction are determined by the circumstances and mandatory legal rules, including consumer protections that apply to you.

We will post updated terms with a new date and notify you of material changes where required. A revision does not retrospectively change the price or credit quantity of an existing purchase. For privacy, consent, payment or service questions, use the support address above.
