Zombie Couple Video at zombie-couple.online is operated by Hengyu Shen, an individual based in China. In these policies, “we” means this operator.

1. Scope and availability

This policy covers this website, account services, portrait-to-video generation, purchases and support. Generation and checkout may be disabled during setup. A feature description does not mean that the feature is accepting customer data or payments.

2. Information we process

  • Accounts: email address, profile details you provide, authentication records, sessions and, for password accounts, a password hash. We do not need your email password.
  • Generation: the two portraits you upload, your consent confirmation, selected aspect ratio, generation instructions, task identifiers, timestamps, status, output video and technical error information.
  • Purchases: selected package, price, currency, order and payment references, payment status and credit transactions. The checkout provider processes payment credentials; our checkout integration does not request full card numbers or card security codes on this website.
  • Service and security: request information such as IP address, browser information, cookies and operational logs where collected by our application or infrastructure, including information needed to prevent abuse.
  • Support: your messages, contact details and the order or task references you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials or identity documents unless a necessary verification method has first been agreed.

3. Why we use this information

We use this information to authenticate users, prepare requested videos, deliver results, maintain credit balances, verify payments, investigate failures, respond to requests and secure the service. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate security interests or act on your consent. Where consent is required for sensitive information or a transfer, we must obtain it separately; reading this page alone is not such consent.

4. Portraits and AI processing

The intended workflow sends two portraits and generation instructions to Kie AI for the Seedance 2 model. The first portrait represents the adult male character and the second the adult female character in a fictional zombie reunion story. Portraits reveal a person's appearance and may be sensitive. Only upload adult portraits you are entitled to use, with the informed permission of both people for this AI transformation and third-party processing.

Our application does not use portraits to authenticate identities or build a face-recognition database. We do not publish customer portraits or outputs in our gallery without separate permission, or use them to train our own models. This statement does not promise that an independent AI provider has the same practices. Provider retention, model processing and any reuse are subject to its applicable terms and disclosures. Review Kie AI's privacy policy before submitting sensitive material.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Cloudflare Workers, D1 and private R2 storage provide hosting, database and media services. When enabled, Kie AI processes generation requests, PayPal processes checkout, and Resend sends account or service emails. Waffo is an alternative checkout integration and receives purchase data only if selected at checkout and activated. The support mailbox uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to the operator's Gmail inbox. Each receives the information needed for its role. Providers may use subprocessors under their applicable agreements. PayPal also processes information under its privacy statement.

We do not sell your portraits or personal information. We may disclose necessary information to comply with law, address fraud, protect rights or resolve a dispute. A material change of operator would require appropriate notice and safeguards.

6. Storage, access and retention

Uploads are intended to be stored in a private R2 bucket and shared through signed links for processing. Our signed media links expire after 24 hours; a new authorized link may be issued. Link expiry does not delete the stored file. Anyone who obtains a valid signed link may access its content until expiry, so do not share it publicly.

Automated deletion periods for portraits and videos have not yet been activated. We therefore do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Before customer uploads are enabled, we must confirm and publish the retention schedule and a working deletion-request process. Download outputs promptly; the service is not a permanent backup.

Account and task records are retained as necessary to provide the service and resolve requests. Transaction, fraud and dispute records may need to be kept longer to satisfy applicable obligations. When deletion is required, limited records may remain where legally necessary; provider copies and backups may follow their own deletion cycles. We will explain relevant exceptions when responding to a request.

7. Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies and browser storage support sessions, security and preferences. The application may also record referral or campaign attribution, including UTM parameters. Optional analytics or marketing technologies must be disclosed and, where required, consented to before activation. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or generation. We do not treat an analytics configuration as permission to ignore your consent choice.

8. International processing and security

The operator is based in China, while infrastructure and AI, payment or email providers may process information in other countries. We do not promise that all data stays in China or any single region. Before enabling transfers requiring particular safeguards or separate consent, those requirements must be addressed. We use access controls, encrypted transport and restricted credentials, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent, and complain to a competent authority. Contact our privacy address with your account email and relevant task references. We may verify ownership proportionately before acting. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed; deleting inputs can prevent further generation or recovery. Statutory response periods apply where required.

10. Adults only and policy changes

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older and adult subjects only. If a minor's information has been submitted, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We will publish revisions with a new update date and provide additional notice where a material change or applicable law requires it.
